At MIRU, every product and workshop is crafted with care. Please review the policies below before booking or purchasing.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Cancellations: No cancellations and no refunds on deposits.
Rescheduling: To reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late changes: Requests made within 48 hours of your session cannot be accommodated.

Your seat, materials, and staff time are reserved in advance. Thank you for understanding.

Opened items: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are final sale once opened.
Unopened items: If your perfume is unopened and in original condition, you may return it within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.

Final sale. Not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
