MIRU was founded by Kate, a pharmacist and KPAI-certified perfumer, whose passion for scent was inspired by her time working with master Korean perfumers and exploring fragrance culture in Korea.
MIRU was created as an extension of Kate’s creative journey, a space where craftsmanship, memory, and beauty come together through fragrance.
Who we are
The name MIRU comes from the Miru Tree in Korea, a symbol of life, roots, and connection. Just like the tree, MIRU is about grounding yourself while celebrating growth, memory, and personal expression.
Proudly a Canadian company born in Alberta, MIRU blends artistry from Korea and Canada. All fragrances are crafted with care, made in both Canada and Korea, bringing together two worlds of tradition and innovation.
